Overview

Description
The AMP for WP – Accelerated Mobile Pages plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Write in versions up to and including 1.1.12. This is due to unsafe ZIP file extraction in the ampforwp_save_local_font() function combined with inadequate cleanup that fails to remove nested directories and files. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Author-level access and above, and permissions granted by an Administrator, to write arbitrary files to the server in a web-accessible location, potentially leading to remote code execution on hosts that execute PHP files in the uploads directory.

Prior to 7.6, due to an improper validation of syntactic correctness of input in the FTP gateway (src/clients/FtpGateway.cc), Squid is vulnerable to an out-of-bounds read: when a listing entry date in the TypeA or TypeB directory-listing formats is not followed by a filename, parsing was not restricted to the input buffer, so a trusted client accessing a misbehaving FTP server through Squid's gateway feature could read memory from random unrelated transactions.   4. GNU Wget does not validate the IP address provided by an FTP PASV response while operating in FTP passive mode. ProFTPD through 1.3.9b and 1.3.10rc2 contains an access control bypass vulnerability that allows authenticated FTP users to circumvent Directory ACL restrictions by prefixing paths with /proc/self/root in the RNFR command handler. Attackers can exploit the unresolved symlink components in dir_canonical_path() to cause dir_check() to perform lexical path comparisons that match no configured Directory block, enabling rename operations on files in DenyAll-protected directories and subsequent retrieval of those files.
