  1. CVE-2026-54668 Published Oct 23, 2026

Kitodo.Production is a workflow management tool for mass digitization and is part of the Kitodo Digital Library Suite. Prior to version 3.9.2, org.kitodo.production.helper.XMLUtils exposes several XML parsing helpers that construct a JAXP parser with the default, non-secure configuration. The methods parseXMLString(String), getNumberOfEADElements(String, String) and checkIfXmlIsWellFormed(String) build a DocumentBuilderFactory / XMLInputFactory / SAXParserFactory via newInstance() and parse the attacker-supplied string without disabling DOCTYPE declarations or external entity resolution. These helpers sit directly on the EAD-import path: an authenticated user who uploads an EAD/XML file through the "Create process" file-upload dialog has the uploaded bytes parsed by these methods. A crafted document with an external entity therefore yields XML External Entity (XXE) injection: local file disclosure and outbound SSRF requests from the server. This issue has been patched in version 3.9.2.

  2. CVE-2026-53942 Published Oct 23, 2026

Conda Organization Infrastructure is a centralized location for infrastructure codes. Prior to commit 9c0f238, a GitHub Actions Pwn Request vulnerability appears to remain present in conda/conda. The affected workflow is .github/workflows/update.yml. It is triggered by issue_comment events containing @conda-bot render or @conda-bot recreate. For the render path, the workflow obtains the pull request head repository and branch from the PR API, checks out that PR-controlled repository/ref using secrets.SYNC_TOKEN, and then runs conda/actions/template-files@7f6830b1428a9bd47f0b068892c77eae95207037. The external template-files action reads its default configuration and templates from the checked-out working directory. In the confirmed finding, that action uses an unsandboxed Jinja2 environment to render attacker-controlled template content. This creates a Pwn Request chain in which an untrusted PR/comment path can reach template rendering in a privileged token context. This issue has been patched via commit 9c0f238.

  3. CVE-2026-49442 Published Oct 23, 2026

Cacti is an open source performance and fault management framework. Prior to version 1.2.31, a User Enumeration vulnerability allows an attacker to identify valid usernames on the Cacti service. When a user attempts to log in, the application returns slightly different error messages depending on whether the provided username exists in the system. When username exists on Cacti, in the response, they see Access Denied! Login failed. When it does not exist on Cacti, they see Access Denied! Login Failed. The only difference between the responses is the capitalization of the letter "f" in the word failed. This issue has been patched in version 1.2.31.

  4. CVE-2026-46652 Published Oct 23, 2026

The Goobi viewer is a web application that allows digitised material to be displayed in a web browser. From version 24.03 to before version 26.05, ExternalFilesDownloader.getFilename() extracts the destination filename from a server-supplied Content-Disposition response header and passes it directly to Path.resolve() without stripping directory components. This allows for a malicious HTTP server that the viewer fetches from to supply an absolute path or ../ traversal sequences as the filename, writing attacker-controlled content to an arbitrary path writable by the Tomcat process. When targeting the deployed web-application directory, this yields remote code execution as the tomcat OS user. This issue has been patched in version 26.05.

  5. CVE-2026-46651 Published Oct 23, 2026

The Goobi viewer is a web application that allows digitised material to be displayed in a web browser. From version 24.03 to before version 26.05, the DownloadTaskEndpoint WebSocket endpoint (/tasks/download/monitor.socket) in goobi-viewer-core accepts download requests from unauthenticated users. This issue has been patched in version 26.05.

  6. CVE-2026-46531 Published Oct 23, 2026

Cacti is an open source performance and fault management framework. From version 1.2.27 to before version 1.2.31, Cacti contains an authenticated stored second-order SQL injection in the automation tree rule item handler. A user holding the Automation realm (default General Administration role) can persist an arbitrary SQL fragment in the automation_tree_rule_items.field column. The fragment is later concatenated directly into a SELECT ... AS source FROM ... clause in lib/api_automation.php :: create_all_header_nodes() and executed when an administrator triggers automation via the standard graphs.php?action=actions&drp_action=8 ("Apply Automation Rules") bulk action. The result of the injected SELECT is written into graph_tree_items.title and rendered in the Cacti tree UI, providing a direct exfiltration channe. This issue has been patched in version 1.2.31.

  7. CVE-2026-46347 Published Oct 23, 2026

The Goobi viewer is a web application that allows digitised material to be displayed in a web browser. Prior to version 26.05, when a password reset link is visited, the application generates a replacement password in a predictable way and emails it to the account holder. The insufficient entropy allows the password to be brute-forced by an attacker who can approximate the server-side generation time. Exploiting this finding in isolation requires the victim to have triggered the reset themselves and the attacker to infer the server time from network or email metadata. This issue has been patched in version 26.05.

  8. CVE-2026-46346 Published Oct 23, 2026

The Goobi viewer is a web application that allows digitised material to be displayed in a web browser. Prior to version 26.05, the password reset token is predictably based on the time of the reset request. An attacker who knows the target's email address can request a reset and then brute-force the token. Exploiting this finding alone forces an unauthorized password reset on any account. This issue has been patched in version 26.05.

  9. CVE-2026-39902 Published Oct 23, 2026

Cacti is an open source performance and fault management framework. Prior to version 1.2.31, the prior blocklist ([;&| `$\\n\r]) omitted single-quote, double-quote, redirect operators, subshell parens and braces. An authenticated admin could save an input_string` containing single-quote, redirect operator, or subshell parens, and pass the check. This issue has been patched in version 1.2.31.

  10. CVE-2026-115478 Published Oct 23, 2026

obsidian-tc is a governed, agent-ready Model Context Protocol server for Obsidian vaults. From 1.0.1 until 1.31.4, `create_entity`, `link_entities`, `rename_entity`, `unlink_entities` and `delete_entity` regenerate memory notes from SQLite at the computed `memory/<type>/<name>.md` path without reliably preserving note ownership or the consistency of a failed lifecycle operation. During shared materialization, a hand-authored note or an orphan left by a different entity whose name sanitized to the same path could have its entire body overwritten on the next write naming that type and name, with non-owned frontmatter preserved. `rename_entity` also seeded the destination path with a direct atomic write without validating ownership and could overwrite a foreign note there. Separately, several tools mutated SQLite before fallible filesystem work: `create_entity` and `link_entities` inserted the row or relation before materialization; `rename_entity` updated the entity, including a retired status, before updating its note; `unlink_entities` removed a relation before rematerializing the source note; and `delete_entity`'s cascade removed the target and its relations before rematerializing neighbouring notes. A later filesystem failure could therefore leave a row or relation changed and the memory graph inconsistent with the notes on disk even when the operation failed. An authorized caller with the required memory-tool permissions could, without intending to, destroy the body of a vault note outside the entity being written; `delete_entity` additionally requires its deletion permission and destructive confirmation, which this memory flaw does not bypass. Snapshots-before-write through `restore_note` mitigate the overwrite only where snapshots are enabled and the note had previously been written through obsidian-tc. This issue is fixed in version 1.31.4.
